Will Italy claim the European competition double? (Picture: Getty)

Sunday’s culmination of the Euro 2020 championship is a big moment in both football and international relations, as England face Italy in the final, a country looking to become double European champions after their barnstorming victory earlier this year at the Eurovision Song Contest.

England, meanwhile, joined the rest of the UK (Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) in scoring not a single, solitary point at this year’s Eurovision, embarrassingly for the second time in the nation’s history after Jemini’s dismal performance in 2003.

If Italy triumphs on Sunday night, they will

Is Tuscaloosa going to be the host of a COVID super-spreader event in two months, on Sept. 11?

That, of course, is the day the Alabama Crimson Tide football team hosts its first game of the year before more than 100,000 fans packed into Bryant-Denny Stadium.

A top safety target is making a decision today and is trending in the other direction, but not all the crystal ball news is bad for Michigan football.

Anderson enrolled at Miami, which was competing for national championships at the time while UW was going through a difficult stretch, going 5-7, 8-6 and 7-6 as it recruited Anderson. He didn’t play much for the Hurricanes and eventually transferred to New Mexico State. Nebraska’s early work on Natter helped make

Mizzou athletics director Jim Sterk referenced two trends during a Thursday afternoon video chat with media members.

One was encouraging. The other, concerning. Sterk’s worry is the former could be negatively impacted by the latter.

Excitement for Eli Drinkwitz’s second season as the Tigers’ head football coach has produced an uptick in new season ticket sales of 150 percent compared to 2019, Sterk shared.

“There is pent-up demand,” he said.

And plenty of room. Faurot Field at Memorial Stadium is expected to be fully open for

We’re in the thick of the NFL offseason and it’s officially time to start fantasy football prep. I’ll be answering the biggest questions heading into the 2021 season. Click here to read the series of questions answered so far.

When the 2020 NFL season finally began, the fine folks at Fantasy Football Calculator reported 66 wide receivers with relevant average draft positions in redraft leagues. There were eight players from this group with an average draft position outside of the top 30 at their position:

It’s easy to spot some commonalities. Lamb, Jeudy and Jefferson were first-round rookies in fairly
